Rep. Elise Stefanik, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New York's 21st District since 2015, has made several statements through her social media platform regarding international and domestic issues. Her comments reflect her positions on matters related to the United Nations Human Rights Council, immigration policies under former President Donald Trump, and recent law enforcement actions.

On March 13, 2025, Rep. Stefanik criticized the United Nations Human Rights Council's recent report as being "antisemitic and anti-Israel slander." She asserted that the council has failed to condemn acts by Hamas against Israel. "The corrupt UN Human Rights Council’s new baseless report is antisemitic and anti-Israel slander. Later that day, she praised former President Donald Trump's leadership and advocated for stricter immigration measures in response to supporters of terrorist groups in the United States. On March 14, 2025, Rep. Stefanik reiterated her support for Trump's policies following an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrest related to protests at Columbia University. "Promises made, promise kept! @POTUS @realDonaldTrump ICE arrests another individual who participated in anti-Israel Columbia protests"
