Elise Stefanik, a U.S. Congress member representing New York's 21st district since 2015, recently shared her views on foreign policy and leadership via social media. Stefanik, born in Albany, New York, is known for her political involvement and has been active in discussions regarding international relations.

On March 5, 2025, Stefanik tweeted about former President Donald Trump's support for an ally in their fight against Hamas terrorists. She emphasized his commitment to bringing hostages home: "President @realDonaldTrump has made clear that he supports our most precious ally in their fight to eradicate Hamas terrorists and will not rest until all the hostages are HOME." She described this approach as reflective of "strong America First Peace through Strength foreign policy."

In another tweet from the same day, Stefanik praised Trump as a leader capable of achieving peace: "President @realDonaldTrump is the president of peace! Under his leadership, the Russia-Ukraine war will be brought to a resolution to end the needless bloodshed and bring lasting peace to the region."

Continuing her remarks on Trump's impact on hostage negotiations globally, she reminded followers of recent successes: "REMINDER IN JUST SIX WEEKS: President @realDonaldTrump's strong and bold leadership resulted in over a dozen American hostages being freed and returned home from around the globe including his guest tonight Marc Fogel."
