Rep. Elise Stefanik, a member of the U.S. Congress representing New York's 21st district since 2015, has been vocal on social media regarding the ongoing hostage situation involving Hamas and American citizens. Her recent tweets highlight her concerns and call for action.

On December 11, 2024, Rep. Stefanik tweeted about the prolonged hostage crisis: "Day 431. It has been 431 days since Hamas terrorists abducted innocent civilians during the barbaric October 7th attack in Israel. There are 100 still being held hostage in Gaza including SEVEN Americans. We MUST bring them home now."

The following day, December 12, she reiterated her message with similar urgency: "Day 432. It has been 432 days since Hamas terrorists abducted innocent civilians during the barbaric October 7th attack in Israel. There are 100 still being held hostage in Gaza including SEVEN Americans. We MUST bring them home now."

Continuing her advocacy on December 13, Rep. Stefanik posted again: "Day 433. It has been 433 days since Hamas terrorists abducted innocent civilians during the barbaric October 7th attack in Israel. There are 100 still being held hostage in Gaza including SEVEN Americans. We MUST bring them home now."
