Assemblyman Matt Simpson (R,C-Lake George) hosted his second annual Women of Distinction event in Lake George, celebrating the contributions of women within his district. Residents submitted nominations for women they deemed worthy of recognition for their achievements and dedication to their communities. Simpson presented official Assembly Proclamations to nearly two dozen nominees.

Reflecting on the event, Simpson said, “It’s inspiring to see the talent and contributions among these women in our district. I looked forward to today on my calendar as an opportunity to celebrate their achievements and contributions to their respective communities. I am so proud to have the chance to honor these exceptional women at our second annual Women of Distinction event.”
