Of the 1,416 people living in Lake Luzerne in 2020, 55.2 percent (781) were women and 44.8 percent (635) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Saratoga Standard.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 46. In the 65 and over age range, there were 312 females and 183 males.
