On Sunday, April 6, former Warrensburg Junior Senior High School standout Nayana DeAmelia’s current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, lost 11-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Samford Bulldogs.

The game took place at Samford Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. at Brinkley Softball Stadium against Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
