Senator Dan Stec recently honored Marc Armstrong, the Town of Canton Court Clerk, with an official Senate Proclamation. This recognition follows Armstrong's accolade as State Court Clerk of the Year, awarded earlier this month at the New York State Court Clerks Conference. The award acknowledges his 15 years of service and the respect he commands among fellow clerks in St. Lawrence County.

Stec expressed satisfaction in acknowledging Armstrong's achievements. "Marc Armstrong is highly regarded by his peers for the instrumental role he plays in helping the Canton court system operate smoothly. He also has a reputation for being an outstanding mentor for new clerks and those in need of assistance," Stec stated. "It was great meeting with Marc and presenting him with a Senate Proclamation in honor of his being named State Court Clerk of the Year. He was more than deserving of this honor and I appreciated having the opportunity to personally celebrate and congratulate him on it."
