Saratoga County: 93.7% of students graduated in 2021-22 school year

Graduation rates in Saratoga County schools rose 1.5% from the previous school year, according to the New York State Education Department.

There were 10,245 students who graduated in the 2021-22 school year, compared to 10,276 in the previous year.

Saratoga County had the state's fourth highest graduation rate with just 93.7% graduating, while Nassau County boasted the highest rate, with 95.3% of students graduating in the 2021-22 school year.

In 2022, New York had roughly one teacher for every 12 students, which is better than the national average of one teacher for every 16 students.
