Beginner Yoga 5 – Week Series
June 22- July 20th at Yana Yoga
You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga! You become more flexible by doing it. Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away, or just want to reconnect with the basics, this course is for you! This is a slower paced class dedicated to learning foundational yoga poses and correct alignment. We will also cover basic yogic breathing and relaxation/meditation techniques. Come as you are - we are a judgment free zone whose mission is to assure you feel seen, heard and loved during your yoga journey!
We have all you need, so if you do not own a yoga mat- no worries, we have you covered. Runs every Wednesday for 5 weeks Starting June 22nd, ending July 20th.
6:30-8PM.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
