Of the 5,306 people living in Country Knolls in 2020, 50.7 percent (2,689) were women and 49.3 percent (2,617) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Saratoga Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 6. In the 65 and over age range, there were 398 females and 466 males.
