Lake George Junior-Senior High School issued the following announcement on August 18.
THREE INFORMATION SESSIONS ABOUT LGCSD REENTRY PLAN
Lake George Central School District will hold three public Information Sessions to review its Reopening Plan and answer questions.
The sessions will take place online and in the LGES Little Theater. Chairs will be set up 6-feet apart for those who would like to attend in-person. Space is limited to 25 in the Little Theater and 25 in the cafeteria, so please rsvp to Sarah Barton to secure your space. We are asking that only one person per household attend in-person. Individuals attending in-person will have to complete the daily self-screening online at www.lkgeorge.org prior to entering the building.
The information sessions will be live-streamed for those who prefer to attend online and recorded for those unable to attend that evening.
Information Sessions will take place:
Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (please check back for a link to the meeting)
Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 8-9 a.m. = Grades K-6 (please check back for a link to the meeting)
Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 9-10 a.m. = Grades 7-12 (please check back for a link to the meeting)
Parents can email questions prior to the event to: LGreopening@lkgeorge.org Online attendees will be able to type questions using the Q&A feature on WebEx.
The above email address will be monitored throughout the school year. The district will post the questions and answers on the COVID Information webpage after the conclusion of all the information sessions and on an ongoing basis.
This meeting is open to parents, students, community members, and stakeholders.
