On Thursday, May 1, former Saratoga Springs High School standout Ryann Soltis’ current college team, the Goldey-Beacom Lightning, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.

The game took place at Seaside Park Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Purple Knights this season.

The Lightning’s next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 1:30 p.m. at Seaside Park Softball Complex against Jefferson Rams.
