On Saturday, March 15, former Saratoga Springs High School standout Maddy Vaughn’s current college team, the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Saint Martin’s Saints.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Saints this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Sleepy Hollow Sports Complex against Emporia State Hornets.
