Rep. Elise Stefanik, a U.S. Congress member representing New York’s 21st district since 2015, has been actively engaging with her constituents and the public through social media. Born in Albany, New York in 1984, Stefanik graduated from Harvard University and currently resides in Schuylerville.
On May 19, 2025, Rep. Stefanik expressed gratitude to Yeshiva University for an honor she received during an event recognizing Rachel Goldberg for her advocacy work. She tweeted: “Thank you to @YUNews for this tremendous honor. I am particularly humbled to attend as you recognize Rachel Goldberg, mother of Hersh, for her tremendous & powerful advocacy.”
Later that day, Rep. Stefanik called for transparency from Harvard University regarding its connections with the Chinese Communist Party and Iran. In a tweet posted on May 19, she stated: “I’m demanding full transparency from Harvard over its disturbing ties to the Chinese Communist Party and Iran.” She cited evidence that Harvard hosted and trained members of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC), a paramilitary group associated with the CCP.
On May 20, 2025, Rep. Stefanik announced her upcoming appearance on Fox Business at 7 AM with Maria Bartiromo via Twitter: ” Tune into @FoxBusiness at 7 AM. I’ll be live in studio with @MorningsMaria.”
