There was a single gas station in cities across Saratoga County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.80 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 26, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Saratoga County was $3.14 per gallon.
Of the 102 reported gas stations in cities within Saratoga County, 74 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in New York was $3.15, compared to $3.19 the week before.
Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas is dropping, experts suggest they may rise to $4 before the end of 2024.
