On Friday, March 7, former Shenendehowa High School standout Becca Zawistowski’s current college team, the Rhode Island Rams, lost 12-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMBC Retrievers.
The game took place at The Diamond of UMBC. This was their first matchup against the Retrievers this season.
The Rams’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 11:30 a.m. at The Diamond of UMBC against Fairleigh Dickinson Knights.
